Braun Corporation (Braun) is recalling certain 2021-2025 Chrysler Pacifica, 2022-2025 Voyager, and 2024-2025 Toyota Sienna Hybrid vehicles. The occupant restraint tie-down puck fasteners may have been improperly tightened. A restraint tie-down puck with loose fasteners may not properly restrain an occupant during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
