Zero Motorcycles Inc. (Zero) is recalling certain 2024 DSR/X, DS, DSR, and DSRP motorcycles. The front brake hose may be twisted and become damaged, which can cause a brake fluid leak and a loss of brake pressure. A loss of brake pressure will reduce braking ability, increasing the risk of a crash.

What you should do
Dealers will inspect and replace the hose as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were be mailed July 28, 2025. Owners may contact Zero customer service at 1-888-841-8085. Zero's number for this recall is SV-RCL-025-017.
