Forest River Bus, LLC (Forest River Bus) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Collins School Bus and 2025-2026 Trans Tech School Bus vehicles equipped with certain QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured. An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.

What you should do
Dealers will inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 10, 2025. Owners may contact Forest River Bus customer service at 1-800-348-7440. Forest River Buses number for this recall is 51-2008.
