When the 3-in-1 Cradle Swing detachable seat is used as a carrier, the locks for the handle can unexpectedly release, causing the seat to flip forward. When this happens, infants can fall to the ground and suffer serious injuries. The nylon bands that hold the surface level of the Bounce 'n Play Activity Dome can detach, allowing the surface to tilt.
